All completed sales are final. Refunds will only be provided if the items purchased are not delivered and/or installed within 6 weeks of the date of purchase.

Items will be shipped once full payment is received. Our normal process requires up to two weeks for delivery. The Installation option may take up to 30 days to complete.

Your online purchase of these natural predator (barn owl nesting or bat) boxes will include materials required for installation plus a consultation outlining where best to place your environmentally safe predator box.

We also offer optional installation at locations in most western states. The preferred method is to install boxes high up in trees… hanging the box on limbs with chains. Pole mounting is also available when practical.

Note: Installations including a night vision solar powered WIFI camera require access to a WIFI network.
